Didn’t even get to try the food. Walked up at 8:01 today. The woman at the window said they closed at 8 and slammed the window shut. Turned her back to me and wouldn’t look over. Whoever owns this business you need to seriously evaluate your team’s customer service. Yes you were closed. But there is a better way to handle it. Even better, create a great experience by saying you’re closing but we can make the last burger for you. I don’t plan on coming back to even try the food now. I’ve heard good reviews for months but the poor service experience trumps however good the burger may be.

Phenomenal burger joint right near Shelby Bottoms. Fast friendly service. Delicious food, great portions for the price point, and ample parking!

If it were possible, I would eat one of the burgers from this place EVERYDAY! The FRIES are always fresh! Crispy on the outside and tender just like I love on the inside. The homies over on the east side are always friendly and swift with preparation. Wait time is never more than 10-12mins. Pro-tip, order ahead, and enjoy your lunch under the covered pavilion at one of many picnic tables provided for your experience. Parking: There is never an issue with finding parking.

The guy at the windrow was very friendly and when my food was ready, he called my name like we were old friends. This was my 2nd time there. The double burger and fries were just sooooo good. I couldn't stop telling my Mom about it. She got the same thing, l finished before her and wanted her food too. Best burger and fries ever, cooked and seasoned just right. See yall soon.
