The service at this Dairy Queen on Gallatin Pike S in Nashville is the worst I've ever encountered at a Dairy Queen. This store is where manners go to die.

Please be mindful if someone orders a dipped cone especially through the driver thru....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure the chocolate is covering the top of the cone. Otherwise the ice cream melts first between the almost gotten to cone and the super thin amount of chocolate you are using to dip it with. . It should be dipped twice. Just saying ?

I stopped here for dinner on my way home. My food was not good at all. The best thing about the meal was the french fries that I had to ask be remade because they were cold initially. The sandwich was subpar and was not fresh at all. If I stop here in the future, it will only be for dessert because the food sucks.

It's always a waste of gas going to this one. They are the least friendly of the DQs in the metro.
