Uncle Bud's Catfish Chicken Such

Due to an illness my dad hasn't had an appetite for MONTHS. He's finally moved to Nashville and is living with us. Out of nowhere, he had a craving for fried catfish! I knew exactly what he needed. He ate his entire meal! Thank you so much for helping my dad get his energy back slowly but surely. I can't eat fried food anymore but I snuck a bite and it was amazing as always!

We've pretty much become delivery people. Rarely eat out anymore. Tonight's dinner was the best food we've ever had delivered. Everything was hot and fresh. The catfish was amazing as was the chicken. Just really well done.

Catfish is fresh and seasoned perfectly. Livers are tender. Love the hush puppies. Order still hot when I received it.

The fish is always good. First time trying the livers. Tender and flavorful.

I ordered a Bayou platter with a side of gator tail. The platter only came with 6 pieces of gator tail, while the side came with about 10. When I called to ask about the portions, the manager Brittany said that everything was measured by weight and it usually comes with 10 pieces. For $8.95, I would expect to receive more than 10 pieces or for it to be listed as measured by weight. For $46.53, I would have hoped for a larger portion.
