Taco Bell - Nashville

If I could give this restaurant -5 stars, I would. My fiancée went for lunch and had to wait over 30 minutes at the drive-thru speaker. Even though he had ordered online, they repeatedly got his order wrong until he had to actually go inside to fix it. By that time, he was already running late for lunch, and he saw other customers also dealing with incorrect orders. The employees seemed high and didn't seem to care about their work. Many cars and customers were left waiting far too long. Overall, it was the worst food experience ever. I would not recommend going here.

I had to wait a long time to place my order and then waited even longer to receive it, despite being the only customer there. I was looking forward to trying the Mexican pizza since it had returned to the menu, but it was disappointing. It tasted terrible, as if there was something wrong with it. The staff also seemed like they were bothered by my presence and ordering food. Taco Bell, you can do better. You have always been known for better quality than this.

I wish we had a decent almost food option in the neighbourhood. I came to lunch today and there was only one person working. she went out of the building in front of my car when I moved in, and with someone on the parking space for five minutes. I sat on the red man waiting, but no one answered. So I move to the window and this same girl makes me wait five minutes again, then you shoot the head out and go be incredibly rude. and after all this annoying she lets me pull at the side of the building and wait for 10 minutes for my food. I have never treated with someone so rude in any almost food restaurant. the fact that this place is still open is boggling.

The lady who was driving today should be fired. She refused to do her job today. I sat 10 minutes after she asked me to give her a moment. When I asked if she wanted to take my order, she kept me and told me I said give her a moment and if she doesn't like it, then go home. so I left. When I run the window through the building, it depends on giving me the middle finger and throwing me out as if I don't already gather her without respect for anyone.

I 'm giving this place an extra star for the sheer entertainment factor. Upon arriving to the store, i was met with seven cars all parked in a line outside the store. Not in the drive through line, just waiting for their food after getting through the line. In the middle of placing my order, the person taking my order disappeared randomly for five minutes only to come back with no explanation as though i was a new customer. when i asked if i could finish placing my order he replied oh... yeah, okay. So then i finished placing my order, went around to the window, and was met with a girl who stared at me blankly for about 30 seconds before finally asking for my card. She then asked what i ordered. She left, came back, and asked again. She then gave me my drinks and directed me to wait for my food with the mass of cars around the corner waiting for theirs. I waited for about 45 minutes there, in which time i was asked several times what my order was and had employees attempt to strike up casual conversation. All in all they finally brought out my food after being there for over an hour. It was oddly cold in some places and hot in others. It was taco bell food. I am not convinced that this taco bell location is real. I think i 've found a glitch in the matrix. If you are looking for a surreal experience, I would recommend visiting this location after midnight on a wrdnesday. It genuinely exists on a different plane of reality. I was kind of scared to eat the food when we finally got it. I 'm still kind of scared now that I did. I think my nightmares are going to be filled with burritos and blank eyed stares for at least two weeks.
