Subway - Nashville

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The elderly gentleman was extremely rude. While entering my credit card passcode, I accidentally pressed the tip button due to my long nails and requested for it to be removed. His reaction was aggressive; he raised his voice and threw my receipt at me. In response, I knocked the tip jar off the counter onto the floor. The establishment itself is dirty, and the staff is unfriendly. I definitely do not recommend it.

My experience at this subway was absolutely terrible. My order was incorrect, and when I tried to have it fixed, they intentionally gave me the wrong sandwich once more and told me not to return to that location. It's disappointing to see a business that doesn't understand how to treat its customers, and I encourage others in the neighborhood to think twice before supporting them.

I ordered online and watched them put the wrong ingredients on my sandwich. When I tried to correct it, they refused because I used my order number instead of a name. It turned out the order was mine all along, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a poorly prepared meal! I asked if they could remake the sandwich, but instead, they just opened it, removed the incorrect items, and re-wrapped it. I mentioned that my mother had just been discharged from the hospital and had specific dietary restrictions. When I requested a refund, they said no! The customer service was terrible, and their unwillingness to fix their mistake by simply remaking the sandwich was very disappointing.

Subway what more can I say about it very reasonable and convenient for a quick visit

They had the door locked at 830 saying they closed but really close at 9. the man was very rude wouldn’t let me in to order
