Subway - Nashville

The manager is consistently very rude! They have a negative attitude about everything and show a complete lack of patience. They seem more focused on cutting corners with the meat on their sandwiches instead of providing good service. It's unfortunate that they have a lot of customers just because of the location, but they don’t seem to value those who come in to spend their hard-earned money for a simple lunch without feeling like a burden. The older, bald-headed manager sets a terrible example for the rest of the staff when it comes to rudeness. Overall, the atmosphere is unwelcoming!

I really hope the Subway company takes a look at these reviews. The attitude of the owner/manager is absolutely terrible. The salad bowl was barely filled. Usually, I have a pleasant experience at Subway, but the staff and management here are quite rude.

I don't know what it is that it's different about their sandwiches, but I love them better than any other subway there is BUT the service is HORRIBLE! The managers are so rude and greedy. You will be crazy when you ask that your bread will be extra roasted, they will be crazy when you ask for extra sauce, they will be crazy if you have?t decided what you want on your subway and most importantly they will be crazy when you ask them to change their gloves for religious purposes, I am tired to explain almost every subway that I?m Muslim and I can not eat for pork. I asked for extra sauce once, she said? will charge me for inventory, and when she accused me, she accused me of extra cheese, LOL! How are you gonna charge me for something that's not even on your computer? Also, they have won?t leave someone in the last 6pm, although they close at 9am. But they really need to work on their attitude to their customers and think about customer satisfaction and not about their inventory and money.

The food is good... just like any other subway. But I have to meet another employee who was least friendly. I feel like I'm a troubler for her. I get weird looks when I ask for extra salad. And the last time I came here, the sandwich manufacturer seemed to be visibly upset when I changed my mind and said I wanted my sandwich to go instead of dipping in. Come on... there are countless other places where I can get a sandwich. At least I don't feel uncomfortable about coming to lunch.

This restaurant is conveniently located on my way to work, making it perfect for a quick grab-and-go. Access is easy on Harding Place, and there's a gas station nearby as well. The subs are delicious, and the service is friendly. I often place my order through the app in advance, and it’s always ready when I arrive.
