Sonobana - Nashville

Udon (especially the broth) was great, but the fatty tone was simply crazy and definitiw as good as the people say it is. this fish was especially expensive, but so it is worth it especially here where they don't see much. the staff was also friendly and that seemed to be moving quite fast.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I had originally planned to go somewhere else, but it was closed. I decided to come here because I was craving sushi. The Cajun roll had just the right amount of spice and flavor - I would have ordered a second one if I hadn't arrived so close to closing time. The Daisy roll, which looked beautiful in the photo, tasted even better. I will definitely be returning.

I was recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint! I came here for lunch on a weekday and it was packed. The chirashi bowl was only $20 and had a generous amount of high-quality fish. The service was also excellent!

I have never had sushi as good as the one at this place, which is hands down the best in Nashville. The food is incredibly authentic and beautifully presented. The hype is absolutely justified - it is absolutely delicious! I tried the White Bridge Roll and Rising Sun Roll, but my favorite, the Sunflower Roll, was unfortunately not available tonight.

Cute little shop. Has plenty of the staples to pick up and a decent freezer selection. Delicious dango at the ready. Happy to support a small shop.
