Romano's Macaroni Grill Opry Mills

Food was overpriced and of poor quality. Service was good. Restaurant has potential, but for over $60 we were extremely disappointed in the quality and quantity of food we were served and do not plan to return.

The appetizer didn't come out until our meal was brought out. The food was overcooked and cold. It seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer in the window for far too long. Some of our meals weren't even edible. They only had 2 waitresses in the whole restaurant so service was beyond slow. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant all around.

Overall, it was the perfect Valentine’s Day experience. The service was exceptional. The food outstanding. The service and server made the time extremely comfortable.

We did not feel well the next morning after eating here! Service was sparse at best. Were promised bread but only got it after the entree service because we asked for it again.

Had 6:45 reservations and didn’t get seated for almost 30 mins. Food came out slow due to big “parties “ and was missing chicken on create your own and was tepid almost cold. Was starving at this point t so sucked it up and ate. Never got promised grated cheese, just very disappointed for Mac Grille which we always loved in past.
