Panera Bread - Nashville

Confusing menu does not help staff. paid over $20 for cafeteria eating cuz I have the selection 2 menu that does not give any meaning.

The food was decent. nothing to write to home, but nice. but the cleanliness and the service were just anxious. everything was so unclean. I understand it's an almost food place. but I didn't even see someone who knows the tables, cleansing the floor, or replacing all lids/conditions near the drinks. a person in the wheelchair asked someone behind the counter for a lid, and they only pointed to the drinks, he let them know they were outside, then nothing happened. strangely inhuman.

I roasted a whole bagel with cream cheese and an icy caramel latte. the bagel was good, but the coffee tasted like water with a coffee taste in it. lady an derke was nice. nothing really stood out about the place, but it was a good meal for cheap I paid $8 for my coffee and bagel)

I am not driving this evaluation on one or two visits to this place, but 10 years of use of this panera due to my work, and until recently one of the few places I could get the delivery. I am generous with 3 stars, what it is on the quality of food. However, the service always lacked, from picking up in the load to delivery constantly abandoned drinks, false drinks, never leave a coffee cup with a pick up in the load, ignored at the switch when a cup or order need to be corrected. the reason I pre-order is because I have no time to be in agreement. it seems that the managers/owners really do not want decent customer service....and if I had this type of service over a period, I have a limit. I have not used them for one because anymore, decided to give them another chance, and now I am finished with them. I now have more choices, from places that take care of more about the customer service they give.

Food was literally slapped together. The bread was stale, the sandwiches were just really disappointing. The salads were ok I guess. Haven't been to a Panera in a while, so I don't know if it's just this place or an overall drop in quality across all of them. And this doesn't really make me want to go to any of them
