Panera Bread - Nashville

I had gone to this location today for lunch. After coming back to my office with my order I realized my order was incomplete. Unable to leave work I called the location. After speaking to the manager he advised he was going to have a driver bring me my missed item. Great customer service I must say!

My cashier was a sweetheart and took the time to explain the menu to me.

Nice place to chill and reflect. Love to come here for breakfast.

We come here often, and our food is always good. Tonight I did a mobile order, and they were short staffed. There were A LOT of people waiting on food after 7 and they were supposed to close at 7. The staff members were working their tails off the get food out. I felt so bad for them, but they were trying their best with the few people that were working. Of course, we’ll be back, and I hope other customers give them some grace during this really difficult time.

Entering shop. No employee in sight. Sign says order at Kiosk what we did. An ice cream coffee and regular coffee. Submitted cell number for text as desired to be notified when the ice coffee has been completed. NIE got the ice cream coffee. Never seen an employee. Most unusual Panera experience. We helped cups at the counter and helped us coffee and some scones as well as for convenience. We have also upgraded our sizes. Everyone wants free coffee and scenes in the Glenn Allen Panera. You can walk around behind the counter unabsolved. You're welcome.
