Old Spaghetti Factory - Nashville

Horrible services at the bar and unclean. Waiter touching guest drinking straws, bathrooms unclean, paper and towels on the floors, dining area waiter dropping silverware from tray and then walking off leaving it in the ground, unprofessional and slow service. Food was mediocre at best. With so many great places to eat in Nashville, don't waste your time or money on this place. Some of these chains are good like the one in Chicago, but this one either needs new owners or new management

OK - I'm impressed. Eight of us - things ordered and substitutions made Potpourri (four different sauces) - instead of marina - substitute mushroom

Pros: Location, location, location! Our server was very nice.
