We shared the carrot bread, and it was fantastic—delicious and fluffy, just as bread should be. We even indulged in a peanut butter sea salt cookie, because honestly, once back in Nashville, we may not have another chance to enjoy a second gluten-free baked treat. It was definitely worth it! For breakfast, my wife ordered the avocado toast, which came on thick and tasty gluten-free bread. It was topped with avocado, a fried egg, pistachio dust, some greens, and a sweet and spicy sauce that she loved. She couldn’t finish it all, which is always a good sign of a hearty meal. I opted for the breakfast tacos, which included eggs, cheese, and avocado in a tortilla. I found it to be a pretty straightforward dish; it tasted as expected, but it could have used a bit more flavor. The only extra option was bacon jam, which wasn’t suitable for me as a vegetarian—I would have appreciated a similar vegetarian alternative. My wife also noted that the almond milk latte wasn’t her favorite version of the drink. Overall, we're sure to return to Little Mosko’s whenever we’re back in Nashville, especially to satisfy my wife's desire for a place that caters to her gluten-free diet. The baked goods and coffee are definitely worth the visit on their own!
This breakfast spot in Nashville is often overlooked, but it deserves more recognition. I stopped in one morning when Pinewood Social happened to be closed on an unexpected Monday, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The food here is far superior to what you find at Pinewood, and unlike my experience at Sun Diner, I didn't have to worry about food poisoning. I also felt relieved knowing I wouldn't encounter any unwelcome critters on my plate, which has been a concern at Hermitage Cafe, and I didn’t have to shell out $25 like I would at Kitchen Notes. If you’re looking for a fantastic breakfast while supporting local small businesses, I highly recommend checking this place out!
That was likely the first veggie sandwich I ever tried, and it was definitely worth the price. It was absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell it was all made with care. The cortado was just right, and they had simple syrup available for the coffee. There's free street parking as well. Overall, it was a straightforward yet tasty breakfast experience with friendly staff. I highly recommend it!
Stop to get my wife a gluten-free sandwich and bakery goodies for her birthday. AMAZING! What a find. The homemade gluten-free bread and bakery where the best we had in Nashville. The sandwiches are fantastic and the service was fast and friendly. Very recommended.
I work nearby and eat here several times a week. The sandwiches are outstanding. Great bread, high quality ingredients, great flavor. Breakfast is top notch (don't skip the bacon tacos) and the cookies and banana bread are well worth the trip. The owners and the employees are always welcoming and kind, it's a joy to eat here!
