Jet's Pizza - Nashville

Order 1 pizza at 6:55 a.m., was told a 35 min waiting time. it was told around 19:20 clock, a little early, and it was still 10 minutes. no problem. it is currently 8:03 clock and I just got my pizza. I understand that the world is short occupied, and it doesn't matter to wait longer to pick up my order, but don't say 35 minutes, then I have to sit there for an extra 30. the same happened for others there, please repair the system to give accurate waiting times.

Good pizza. We usually have to wait for pick up but it's all good.

Staff are really lazy. If the store is closing in 30 minutes they try to either get you give you excuses and not take your order. Employees have not been what they use to. Never returning.

Delivery 1.5 hours later missing half my order and I live down the street. Would've picked it up myself but my kids were here and couldn't leave. Also rude when I called to ask for a status after an hour. Unreal. They could crush it in our neighborhood if they just did simple things right.

Ordered a pizza, and breadsticks. Waited an hour and a Half on pizza. Got breadsticks that weirdly had sugar on them, and instead of getting pizza that had half pepperoni and half everything else, only received a cheese pizza. As well as an employee who made up multiple excuses and didn’t care to explain what our wait was about. As well as multiple people who walked in after us and were able to walk out before even though we had placed our order earlier.
