Hearts - Nashville

Although Hearts may not offer a wide variety of traditional breakfast options, they do have some delicious fresh choices perfect for a brunch or lunch setting. I decided to try the cauliflower falafel over hummus, accompanied by pickled veggies and salad. The dish was bursting with flavor, incredibly fresh, and satisfying. In the past, I have requested to have non-vegan items on the menu modified to be vegan, and they were happy to accommodate my request without any issue. Their drink menu is also quite intriguing. I opted for the beet-cocoa latte with oat milk, but I have also enjoyed their turmeric steamer. Many of their specialty drinks can be made vegan. Overall, Hearts is a fantastic little spot with a lovely patio. I'm glad to have it in the east side neighborhood.

For those looking for breakfast options, you can choose between muesli, avocado toast, or a side of vegan chorizo.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! The food is phenomenal, with plenty of gluten-free options available. The staff is fantastic and we make sure to visit as often as possible. My personal favorites are the watermelon juice and hash browns. The atmosphere is filled with interesting artistic individuals, beautiful plants, and a diverse menu that really rocks! They also cater to dietary restrictions with gluten-free and vegan options.

Everything was amazing. Definitely try the Turkish eggs, they were phenomenal. And if they have the watermelon juice go for it!!! Really appreciated getting seated so quickly for a Sunday morning!

Took a chance, glad we did after reading reviews. Eggs Benny, side of salmon, and breakfast sandwich. Sando was ‘okay, needed sauce of some kind’. I enjoyed the Benny! Great runny eggs, sauce had a nice tang to it, smoke of the salmon melded all in a great way! Service wasn’t great, but still tip-worthy.
