Hattie B's Hot Chicken Nashville West

We had an excellent experience at this place. my friend and I came here with friends and their son. only outdoor seating were available in the midday hour, but we really wanted something inside to keep the baby out of the heat. javonda and kristina, two employees, went over and beyond to help us secure inside seats and were so friendly about it, although it was a busy day in the restaurant. eating was not disappointed as usual. we have the delicate basket (medium heat) with two sides. the chicken was fresh, tasteful and simply hot enough for our taste. the Pimento-Mac and the cheese were delicious, like the pommes and the koleslaw. we would go out of our way to visit this place again in view of the excellent quality of eating and the wonderful service we received. Five stars!

The chicken was YUMS! Not oily like hot chicken take over in Ohio. Fried just right and moist inside! The staff were super nice and they kept the place super clean! It was busy when we went on a Sunday but it was worth the wait. We went to two different Hattie B’s Chicken locations before finding this one. This one had better parking than the first two downtown. We definitely will come back again when we are back in Tennessee! Love their chicken!

We are from New Mexico, (Albuquerque) So We LOVE Our Spicy Food There, and I Have To Say That when We Ordered Our Food Both Of Us Were Thinking, OH Yeah These People In Nashville They Don't Even know about Real Spicy Food. WOW WAS I EVER WRONG!! We Ordered 2 Orders of Shut The Cluck Up Thinking oh Yeah this isn't going to be not even very Hot! It Was Totally UNBELIEVABLY SUPER HOT!! SO I had to swallow my pride and went up to the front and told them there was no way We could eat these Chicken Tenders. We Were Totally Amazed That They Offered Us NEW CHICKEN TENDERS AND SOME ICE CREAM TO PUT OUT THE FIRE IN OUR MOUTH STOMACH!! SO WE GIVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YOU THE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT, THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH. We Absolutely LOVE HATTIE B's HOT chicken!!!

Hattie B's has one of, if not the best flavored Nashville hot chickens there is. A step further, they have hands down the best service of all the Nashville hot chicken places. Their ability to consistently get the line of people in and out with great quality, taste, and service is amazing. I'll be back.

Are you kidding me? The girl at my hotel called it pretty good chicken ... People in Nashville are too nonchalant. This was the best damn hot chicken (and you better believe I got the damn hot flavor) I 've ever had in my whole damn life, and I eat a lot of chicken! I ended up getting another order to go and another coke float to go with it because who even makes a coke float anymore? That 's the only real shame, because this place serves beer too! How can you go wrong with hot chicken and beer? Man, I really wish I had more time and a bigger stomach... Too good, seriously.
