Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Nashville

I just ordered a strawberry cheese cake blizzard. It was very loose no stiffness to it at all.

Went to the West End store was very rudely treated so I decided to drive to this store Nolensville Road. At the drive-thru I was waited on by rinks, she was amazing met me with a smile and a great attitude we chatted she gave me great food I will only go to this store ever again.

Great, fast service! Even at 9:00 pm in the drive-thru lol. Guy at the window was super nice and personable. Really appreciate y’all, keep up the great work!

Service was friendly and efficient. I have to have Blizzard every now and then.

Overall this is a good location and I can tell that the family who owns it tries very hard. I’ve gone here many times and have always had a great experience BUT today I went there and they charged 79 cents for honey mustard without mentioning it, which they’ve never charged before. When I brought it to their attention they looked at me like I was crazy and the man who was working the intercom said “if we have to pay for it we charge you for it.” I’m a small business owner myself and I understand small costs add up but they should tell you what it costs before charging you if it’s not already listed on the menu. Not to mention Dairy Queen is already on the expensive side for fast food. This location is run well and the food is good but I just hope they are more transparent with their pricing in the future.
