The food is delicious, and I love how they present it. They always have such unique items on the menu!

If you're looking for a meal that surpasses almost any other, this is the place to go. I've never had any issues with the food here, but just make sure not to overindulge. As for parking, there is ample space available.

It seems that the management has seated more guests than the available waitstaff can handle, which negatively impacts the service quality.

So slow, from the server to eat. we will handle these on our future travel. brot was either undertook or burned. there have been too much workman focus on loading, not enough on the service. eating was okay, though the sides were delayed. it should not take 40 minutes to get eat in a busy chain like cracker barrel.

If I could give this place a negative -100 I would. Please DON'T waste your time or money on this place. Take the extra time and drive to the one in Mount Juliet because they have the best service ever. This Cracker Barrel in Donelson is TRASH. They serve cold food and wrong food, and have bugs coming out the kitchen. Manager is RUDE and unprofessional.
