From what I understand there's a few locations but not many. It's a standard hamburger and hotdog joint with a few other items like bbq and chicken sandwiches. Apparently they're also known for their milkshakes. I went for their combo meal which included a chicken sandwich, a corndog, french fries, and a drink. I decided to try an Oreo shake for my drink. It was OK but nothing to rave about. In fact, all my food was just OK. The thing that struck us most about this place was The ordering and pick up process for your food. You ordered at a counter, but picked up at a different counter. But the way the restaurant was laid out you had to walk around a section of tables. If you go to the order counter, they won't give you your food, even if nobody's there, they make you walk around to the other section of the counter. Odd. My friend tried an old-fashioned float and he liked it so much, he got a second one. If you're hungry, this place works...especially late!
Me and my friend got there and there were a lot of people there but the line went really fast and we got our food less then five mins.
I like the way Cookout has maximized their lot with a wrap around drive through. The BBQ sandwiches we bought are awesomely delicious but more pricey than expected, especially considering portion size
I wish the hot dogs were hotter. Our favorite time to go is on the weekdays for lunch when they have their A crew working. Thick milkshakes, tasty hot dogs, a nice side to the trey is the walking taco Doritos, chili, cheese, sour cream, lettuce in a chip bag, and thicker patty burgers.
After a show, we always hit Cook Out! There is always a line, but it's good food cheap and at 1 AM it's about all you will find in the area.
