It turned out that you can eat and watch the show together, which was disappointing news to us. Inside, the service was not up to par. It took 30 minutes to receive a mimosa, and it was the wrong drink. Asking for coffee also took 30 minutes. When confirming our orders with different waitresses, they were dismissive and made us feel like a burden. We ultimately settled for whatever we were given. On the positive side, the drag show itself was very entertaining, and the performers were friendly.

The service at this restaurant was awful. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge our presence after we sat down, and an additional 30 minutes for our order of one bottle of champagne and four juices to arrive. The food, although decent, was not enough to compensate for the disappointing service.

I bartend locally, and this is now my #1 suggestion to all of my guests who want an excellent dinner with TOP-notch service. We came as part of a Christmas dinner; Jose, Rayna, and Kenton absolutely outdid themselves to make it an exceptional experience... I simply cannot rave enough about how phenomenal their service was. We left trying to figure out how quickly we could come back. We enjoyed the hot chicken egg rolls mentioned by Jose, the dinner for two Rayna suggested, the peppermint macaroons were DELICIOUS (we ordered a second round), and loved the wine introduction with Kenton. Thank you to all!!

City Winery Nashville Barrel Room Restaurant was quite and very nice. Friendly staff.
