Chipotle Mexican Grill - Nashville

Half of my online order was not available. The staff would not issue a refund and said I had to do it online. Impossible! I wanted to talk to a manager. No. So they take the money, do not fill up any order and then make it impossible to get your refund. Terrible! I'm now denying the credit card fee in FULL. The manager is welcome to contact me to correct this. VERY POOR SERVICES CAM

They are rude and the chicken was terribly spiced and tasted very bland when I left a few days ago. The Line Crew needs to check their settings. There was a nice gentleman who made the orders, but the line crew is extremely rude. Come here. There is another one that is quite close to green hills to which you should go. All these employees need fired here (except for the guy who makes the orders).

Chipotle is always hit or miss and this is a big mistake. No greetings, terrible settings, and our server was very much of any special request like it a great load. They had no food and the customer service was not existent if not all rude. I'd go to McDonalds or Taco Bell if I wanted to be treated so badly. Stay away from this place.

Were charged for chips (online ordering), brought to the restaurant, and was then told by the employee who did not want to be there (no eye contact even made and super exasperated and sassy), ? We are handed over from chips? and half hearty my bag. I was still calculated for the chips and the page of Mais Salsa! I ordered my bowl with steak, white rice, black beans, extra corn salsa and extra cheese. As the picture shows, I received only steak, rice and a very good amount of cheese. The date is 16. October 2022, the time was 9:05 of order, these employees should be fired. Really embarrassment. I also have no side of Mai's salsa, so literally only three of the things I ordered. Simply in unbelief, and will go to the other place, I don't care about the distance, it will be worth for better treatment than I was given tonight!

I wanted to try the new GG Steak bowl so we went to this location today at 10:30am. The new steak bowl meal is good, but not $11.65 good compared to the $8.80 carnitas bowl. I?m likely one and done on the new GG Steak bowl. What garnered the two star rating was the unnecessarily rude demeanor of the girls working here today. They failed to give me the cup for my drink and acted like I was a thief for filling the same sized cup I brought in. So, there won?t be a second time for me with the new GG Steak bowl or a second visit to this particular location. There are too many other good options to eat at to put up with rude employees.
