Chipotle Mexican Grill - Nashville

Broken Burritos?. I love Chipotle, and I guess I try to fit too much into my favorite burrito. I usually end up with one that is torn open (especially at the ave location of the time it's a badly torn burrito). Also, I order online because I don't have much time for lunch, and they offer a pickup time I typically arrive minutes after my pickup time to make sure it's ready, so I can be in and out. However, a few times I've been in there after my pickup time and the burrito isn't ready, which seems to defeat the purpose somewhat. Either way, it's still a pretty quick visit (and you can skip the line), so I'm only offering some areas to improve. I love the food, so I can't stay away!

Dr. Jenkins from Fisk University. I love Chipotle! Yesterday, I had an e-coupon, but there was an issue with the coupon's printout. The manager gave me my meal anyway. Today, I called Chipotle to give the correction regarding the e-coupon (I was going to fax the new coupon). The manager, Derrick, said don't worry about it, and be sure to use the coupon on your next visit....I am big on customer service and this was a nice gesture--no hassle....I love the food and I love good customer service!

I usually end up with one that is torn open (especially on the 21st in front 100% of the time it is a badly torn burrito.) also, I order online because I have not had much time to lunch, and they offer a pick-up time I have in the rule 5-10 minutes after my pick-up time to make sure it is ready so that I can be in and out. but a few times I have been there after my pick-up time and the burrito is not ready what seems to defeat the purpose of something. so or so, it is still a rather quick visit (and they can skip the line) so that I only offer some areas to improve. Vegan friendly. large Mexican style eating but the best part is their whole menu is vegan friendly, so the daughter of my friend can actually go to dinner there with us. eating is always fresh and good the industrial seat/dining area is something that requires fixing, but it assumes it cleanses easier and holds for a low maintenance in the house. eating is great. I really like that they don't have too many decisions, otherwise we would all stand in the line and wait for the idiots before us to make their sense. but there are enough choices they can change every day if they want.
