Contribuiți la feedbackService here was so so good and very kind! Was my first time visiting, and the folks in front of me to a while to order (to be fair, there are a lot of menu options, haha! , and the workers comped my meal for me as a surprise when I got to check out. Was completely taken aback by their kindness and was very thankful! Will definitely visit again : Dietary restrictions: I have an egg white allergy and I can basically eat everything here! Very nice as that is usually not the case at other places.
NOT LGTBQ+ SAFE!!!Workers were hostile towards my gender identity. I find it funny and very unprofessional in this day and age to be this way towards your customers. I’m appalled by the staffs aloofness and mocking behavior when they thought I wasn’t looking. It’s childish and insensitive. Instead of being rude I’ll just leave this review. NOT LGTBQ+ safe.
The fastest fresh food in Nashville! Tons of local ingredients and house made sauces/teas. There are descriptions posted with caloric and sourcing info right in front and you get quite a lot of food for the price. The bowls are super filling—(my go to is basmati rice, extra lentils, scoops of hummus, taziki, and crazy feta, roasted chicken, grilled veggies, pickled onions, corn, cucumbers, and purple cabbage with lemon tahini sauce on the side)
Update: Gave us FOOD POISONING I was on a trip from Boston. We have CAVA in Boston so I thought it would be as good as ours. This one was BAD. First, we got way less food. The bowl was just under half full. It did not even reach the mid line in the bowl. Next, we got the black lentils, and they were totally un-cooked! They were hard and crunchy! They were more like rocks and seed rather than the warm soft lentils they serve in Boston. Also, we ordered the Lamb Meatballs. Instead, they served us the spicy falafel. I understand they may look similar, but we paid extra for the lamb. In Boston, they also serve the bowls with complimentary pita bread. They do not serve this extra in Nashville. Lastly, the service was slow and not friendly. It took ages and our bowls were sitting there on the side for ages getting cold while we waited to move to the checkout. I would not recommend this place to anyone. (Unless you're in Boston! Update: The uncooked lentils made us sick. We have food poisoning now.
Interesting Mediterranean bowl restaurant. You have many options to build numerous combinations for your food bowl. It was easy to make. Service was fast. You have options to eat inside or out. Worth a visit if you haven't tried before.
