Arby's - Nashville

Wow, really great service very nice lady at the front. the manager gave me a free sand that I waited a little longer than normal. Usually this place has bad services in my book, but it looks like they hired some great people. I have confidence in fast eating, enough that I write a review.

By the drive was eating well and hot no problems at all.

Fries were cold and cooked over. the switch was not an option? spent 12 for a combo where the drink and the serviettes were the high light. luke warm sandwich. went thru 3 pm....so I guess my timing was off. service was pleasant. but if they pay so much, it hurts if it's not good.

August 2022 very few restaurants still close their lobby due to the excuse of covid arby’s is too cheap to rent personal to be able to open the lobby, it is too busy, only on the Drive-Thru 8 of 10 people turn around and go somewhere else like me. they are not in business if they do not want to, in the business bank is no longer an excuse to keep their doors locked

The workers at this place were consistently rude and very unprofessional. Today, after I was able to fight with someone who accepted my order, I had given up enough and my order. they talk to everyone, never a polite thing to say, constantly on their phones, and act as if their inconveniences for the order of means of life. I will never go to this place again.
