The prices are steep, and the service was terrible. It took a long time for the waitress to greet us, and she never returned to check on how we were enjoying our meals. She didn’t offer any drink refills either. The only time she spoke to us after we received our food was to hand us the check. During the rest of our stay at the hotel, we chose to eat elsewhere. I won’t be going back there again.

I was disappointed to find that the bar and grill only serves breakfast. I had made reservations at the attached hotel to avoid worrying about drinking and driving, only to discover upon arrival that they only serve breakfast. I understand that things have changed due to COVID, but it's essential to keep your business hours updated on Google.

Overall, it was a decent experience. They offer great specials, and the happy hour is fantastic. However, the service could use improvement, as there were some basic issues. They need to enhance communication regarding their specials and ensure that all staff members are properly trained.

Another establishment I really wanted to love due to the proximity to home. We keep going back, hoping things will get better. Subpar pub food, slower than normal service, appears to have high turnover in staff. Consistently out of fairly common liquors. Last vist June 2nd they had no Grey Goose.

Just left this place. Very disappointing. Food was awful. Cold, quality poor, nothing more than a deluxe continental breakfast not a buffet. 12.99 not worth 2.99 Red Blazer in Concord 10 times better same price. Service was equally horrible had to ask to have plates removed ask for coffee and refill of coffee. Never be back don't bother wasting your time or money..
