Starbucks - Nashua

While the drinks are delicious and the new breakfast sandwiches and snacks are also tasty, there is one major issue with this location: the service is incredibly slow. On multiple occasions, I've waited nearly half an hour just for a single latte. Typically, if the place isn’t completely empty, you can expect to wait about ten minutes unless you opt for a regular pre-made coffee. I’ve also encountered problems with my order numerous times, receiving the wrong drink, returning it, and then getting the wrong drink again! It would be nice if they offered a free drink coupon or some sort of compensation for such mix-ups, but unfortunately, they don’t. The staff is quite friendly, but they are clearly understaffed. They really need to hire more employees so that customers don’t become frustrated while waiting in line.

We waited 25 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches, and out of the four sandwiches we ordered through the app, one was actually unavailable, but the staff didn’t inform us about it. I was really disappointed until the very end.

I was really disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The girl with curly hair added way too much syrup to my drink, making it almost undrinkable. When I went back to address the issue, she was quite rude, almost as if she was trying to deny that she had messed up the order. I understand mistakes happen—I used to work at Starbucks, and when drinks were made incorrectly, we would just own up to it. It’s frustrating when employees don’t seem to take responsibility and instead make customers feel like it’s their fault.

I really enjoy this restaurant; the staff is friendly and they do a great job. My vanilla quartet is consistently excellent. Food: 5/5
