I have been there a number of times and always enjoyed the food. The fish and chips are some of the best I've had and the bangers and mash are certainly tasty. My favorite item, which is not directly on the menu, is their homemade ketchup. It's kind of a cross between ketchup and salsa. Fresh made with huge chunks of tomato and spices. Be sure to try some if you visit. In addition to the classic Guinness, Smithwick's, or Harp they have a nice selection of other favorites and a selection of local Brews as well. During seasonable weather, they have outdoor seating adjacent to the Nashua River. Like every place in downtown Nashua, the one challenge is finding parking. There is some on street parking and some parking on a side street not far away near the public library. There is also a small public lot across the street off of Waterfront street. If you're unfamiliar with the area it is worth thinking a little bit about what your options will be for parking.
I really like this place. Drinks were fantastic, service was amazing. Food was good. Had the corn flakes chicken tender appetizer, was fantastic. I was a little surprised that cottage pie was a smaller portion than expected and slightly overcooked, but the flavor was on point. Husband had the hangover burger and he loved it, tots were on point. We will come back.
We had a family event and needed a place for dinner and drinks. None of us live in the Nashua area any more and so we luckily came to the Peddlers Daughter. Fantastic Pub! Food, service, prices, portions were all exactly what you want from a good Pub.
Irish bar. Overall pretty good experience. Good beer and drink selection. Food was pretty solid, service was good. I gave it 3 stars because I ordered the chicken BLT and my chicken was so tough and chewy it was disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. And I am not picky at all. I would have complained to the waitress but she never came back to check how the food was. Also, they gave ketchup in small containers for fries and the ketchup was basically frozen. Other than that, the sweet potato fries were amazing and the fried pickles were also very good.
Went here for a few drinks at random and realized there was a great band playing! We ended staying much longer then anticipated and had a great time! I've not eaten the food but, the bartender were friendly, fast, and made great drinks!
