I paid them $2.17 for extra channel sauce the dame went back and grabbed it and that is what she took me 2.17 for me my money back it is not even great enough to dive everything I to him huge tear never go again I will have to this place to eat home and the chicken fingers have zero taste the house low my was 9 dollar and it is tiny cream
The dining experience and customer service at this restaurant are terrible. The food took an hour to arrive and was cold, with missing items from the order. Despite notifying the server about missing items in a previous order, the restaurant failed to check and ensure the order was complete. When I mentioned the missing items, I was informed it would take another hour to receive them. Unacceptable. Ashley, the server, displayed a disrespectful attitude. It is important for restaurants to respect and appreciate their customers by resolving issues promptly and efficiently. The responsibility lies with the restaurant, not the customer. I will be speaking to the owner about this disappointing experience. The food was subpar and not as good as previous visits. Save your money – this place is not worth it. Mistakes happen, but how they are dealt with is crucial. It could have been handled much better.
I haven't eaten for more than 20 hours and would probably have found something delicious. not here. even the most common plastics would have been better. Usually if I don't like what I ordered, I could at least find something I liked. the fried pork had no taste and was mush. that is worse. the sauce was pure edgy and the rangoons were not better. the solitary chicken was a bit soluble, but was gone. it looked so promising, but was so bad.
There was no Chinese food available, the rice lacked flavor and was poorly cooked. The boneless spare ribs were dry and flavorless, the fried wonton appetizer was spoiled and had an off taste. The crab rangoon was also bland, and the chicken fingers resembled small nubs. The broth had too much salt and the dough was undercooked. The food arrived cold and the delivery was 35 minutes late. I regret ordering from this restaurant and wish I could get a refund.
Just awful. Slowest in the business save your money or go somewhere else. I could write an essay about how bad this place is but I won’t. If they get closed down it would be a absolute blessing. I wish I could give it a zero, but I can’t so they’ll never see my money again.
