Contribuiți la feedbackGreat place for a quick lunch and chill on your road trips. Only last 2 years I visited this place more than 5 times, as it maintains proper hygiene standards and much better than alternatives. Offers clean washrooms and lots of parking.
Citrin:Ambience:Bright;cheery,live;buzzing. Like a coffee shop. They have a buffet breakfast, which is served daily; also furnished with some local speculators. We wanted to try different breakfast dishes during our stay. breakfast as a king; The concept of cutting chau got caught in nashik in a great way and was pleasantly surprised to see here in a box they serve on the table in cutting Chai glass tea. This has a strong taste of ginger, cardomon powder and good old assam tea. Nice! Bihari Delicacy:Stuffed litti: Born in Mumbai, this is a kitchen for which I feel starving as its not easily available: therefore, my level of happiness was beyond comparison. Mixture for stuffing,Roasted chanadal,kalonji,ajwain,chopped greenchilliginger,garlic,onion,achar of pickle,salt very little,mustard oil 2tbsp. Dough:Wheatflour, Refined oil,ajwain, salt make stiff dough. Then fill the mixture in round balls and fry in tandoor when hot diving in ghee, then bcmes buttery soft. Aloo Choka:Roasted Potato,Roasted Redchilli, Choppedonion,greenchilli, chopped coriander,gingergarlic,limejuice, salt to taste. Mix it well and half Maische add mustard oil from above Bharthekachoka: Just like Aloo Choka will be added only difference, whole tomato roasted. had to describe the additional length;how cud i did not. Soya galouti: Boil soya then mashed;whole spices;redchillipowder,cashew paste brown,onion paste brown,few drops kewra essence, cured with Ghee Soyachaap:Marination;deghi mirchi,redchillipowder,garammasala powder,black salt,white salt,cashew paste browned. 3 hours then browned. Paneer lifa filled: Stuffing Ghee garlic clove brown,redchillipowder, deghipowder, tomato ketchup. Cheese dry nuts, coriander leaves, greenchilli,cardomonpowder,put in salamander and gratedamulcheese. Tandoori aloo: Cooked with turquoise salt and deep foam. Stuff with cheese crispy potato;greenchilli, coriander,cardomonpowder,raisins. Kormagravur. Soy cheese rolls: Finely grind the Chaap in mixi. Stuff with cheese, coriander, curryleaves,greenchilliginger.Makhani gravy Under the direction of the chef, the team pampers with a variety of choices; but please pre-order. Happy Eating!

Since the last 10 days of my stay in Taj Gateway I have a daily breakfast buffet in Citrine and had a wonderful time here. Food, distribution and service is impeccable! I also had dinner buffet 3 nights back and the food was wonderful as expected! The prices of 999 all inclusive is also very optimally served in view of the variety of dishes and obviously the Taj quality. This is definitely a must-visit place.
