Perrotti's Pizza

Staff member Justin was incredibly rude. I came in with my friends and as we sat down, I was trying to clear our table and I mistakenly threw away a seemingly old cup of soda and a used napkin that was left on our table. We were the only customers there, so I assumed that soda had belonged to a a previous customer that had left it there. An employee named Justin (white male, light eyes saw me and yelled at us exclaiming we threw away his soda and that “we knew it was his” (we did not know, in fact, that was the first time I had seen him since I entered. He was loud, intimidating and had an aggressive tone. I felt attacked and unwelcomed, all because of an honest mistake. A reaction that strong was completely unnecessary and inappropriate, ESPECIALLY towards a paying customer. It really killed the mood and I wasn’t even able to finish my pizza. Besides, he is an employee so he probably got that soda for free… but if that weren’t the case, he could’ve communicated it to me and I would have gladly payed him back or gotten him a new one. I will not be coming back and I will certainly not recommend it to anybody. I strongly suggest training your employees in proper customer service and standard manners.

Joe was very rude I am a door dasher all I asked this guy did he need help and was he hiring I seen that he could use some help nobody should have to wait 45 minutes for a pizza. I also noticed he didn’t have on any gloves and was touching everything. Wiping his hands on his pants after preparing toppings on a pizza. Disgusting Out of respect i unassigned from the delivery. I refuse to drop that off to anyone. He almost had me before seeing what I seen Would never eat here

Absolutely the worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. The chicken had that weird microwaved texture. I would be willing to bet it was cooked the day before. Sauce was extremely thin. Will not spend my here again.Update, Well I decided to give this place another chance. I had the lasagna today and it was 100% better than the chicken parm. I increased my rating to 3 stars based on the lasagna. Will try some other things on the menu.

The owners are good people friendly and the food is amazing I love it.

I ordered room service delivery, they were under the 40 minute wait I was told, AND this is probably the best food I have ever eaten in my life. You can tell the food wasn’t make with ingredients from the dollar store this food was made with love and actual care. 100% would eat
