Heim Barbecue Restaurant

Great BBQ joint. They started in their mobile trailer and soon to be open on Magnolia street. It reminds me a lot of the Austin food scene.

READ THIS CAREFULLY: Heim has NOT BEEN OPEN SINCE MARCH 26, 2016!!!! Any review claiming to have eaten there since then is an absolute lie. They have been building their brick and mortar store on Magnolia since March 26 and all of these 1 star reviews claiming food poisoning is a disgusting attempt to hurt the business of two of Fort Worth's finest cooks. Heim will change your worldview of barbeque. It will teach you what real BBQ is and should be. Please do not listen to the lies.

As others have noted nearly all bad reviews are motivated by sentiments that have nothing to do with the food. There isn't a lot of great BBQ in Fort Worth, but this is an exception.

Food is phenomenal! Definitely worth the wait. What are the business hours by the way? I wanna go back more often. Anyone know?

Great bbq and great service. Disregard the bogus negative reviews that came after May 2016. These negative reviews are from internet trolls that also sent death threats to the owners of this establishment. In a humorous gesture the owners of Heims BBQ offered free BBQ to Texas Rangers Baseball player Rougned Odor after he punched a Toronto baseball player yhat had previously disrespected Odor's team. Most Texas fans applauded this, Toronto fans have used negative smear campaigns like posting negative reviews for businesses that are fans of Odor or the Texas Rangers. So pay no attention to these Trolls that have never been to this restaurant. I have been there, I will go back again. The food is great, the staff is nice. The brisket is on point!!! Go Rangers!!! I hope joey Bautista chokes on his Poutine fries.
