Burger Box

So I got here at about 845. Google shows it close at 9:30. I got there and the guy gives me an attitude and very sarcastically telling me to to come back on Monday they are closed like OK but you’re two signs are on showing open. He said well I’m busy and I can’t turn them off. I don’t know where these workers get off talking to customers like this very uncalled for and very unprofessional.

This is about the 8th time this burger box has gotten my order wrong. This place NEVER gets my order correct, ever. I haven’t done anything about it till now since it was usually fine and I could pick certain things off but this is ridiculous. Nobody here is competent at their jobs and I’m now completely done with this place. I called and asked for a refund only for them to tell me I have to come in to get it which will never happen. You screwed up, you can give me my money back over the phone, stop making excuses. It was $27 for two meals, try and make SOME effort to make it correctly. I’ll never be returning here and I hope this place goes out of business. Completely pathetic

New owners are incapable of actually making sure the restaurant is open when it says it will be. I work 6-6 Night Shift, usually by the time I’m near the restaurant and want food before bed it’s 7am, which according to the hours posted to the door and drive thru window are when the restaurant opens. The last three times I’ve been by around 7:15 there’s not even employees in the building much less open for business.
