More than a decade ago, suddenly there seemed to be many restaurants of Chinese fast food in france. They're basically selling the same thing. At the end of a moment, you're tired of it and you're looking elsewhere. Moreover, the idea may not apply to foreigners because at least in Great Britain, you order in a Chinese to take away and wait for your food to be cooked immediately freshly. a present, I am so tired of fast catering in China that I no longer customize them. but I was drawn to the writings on their glass door outside, which explained about how their food is prepared by an authentic chef, how they do not recommend food waste, etc. curiosity was right to me and I decided to try. Of course, they have the same style as others, no fresh food unless you ordered sushi at the inner end of the restaurant where a sushi chef was available. However, the food in the glass counter was a little different than that of the usual Chinese fast food. We ordered sour-soft balls (I have never seen them in other cff stores), shrimp tempura, fried chicken straps, wild fried vegetables, spring rolls with shrimp and crab, gyoza and fried gratin. Whenever the person took the dish we needed, he showed you the amount in the box, to give you an idea if it is a sufficient portion for you. I got it now. That's what they said no food waste. the idea being instead of ordering everything in a fixed serving like all others, they allow you to order the amount that suits you and charge you with weight. Indeed, we have consumed exactly what we ordered and nothing is left to the trash. better yet, we found the food absolutely without monosodic glutamate. It prompted me to eat the quiet mind because I despise the msg. food was very light and the vegetables were crunchy and refreshing. other dim sum snacks were not ready-to-use frozen snacks. I could tell it to their irregular shapes and taste without defrosting. I even found real Chinese vegetables like water chestnut in the dish. it is indeed a new breakthrough in the omnipresent cff sector and the price was reasonable. I'd probably pay more if I went to a usual cff store. After that, we didn't get thirsty all afternoon, which contrasts with the result of consumption in the usual places of the cff.
