Watercress Restaurant - Narangba

Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great open air atmosphere with surprising excellent food.

Always good food, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly table service. Bit pricier than other restaurants nearby.

We went to have dinner with group of friends in the honour of a dear friend who has come from abroad for a short trip to Dhaka. We ordered Thai. Food was okay, nothing spectacular. Though the tom yam soup wasn't an authentic one, the liquid was thick and spicy, whereas it should have been clear. The corner room where there is a rectangular table for group sitting, was made out of putting glass walls on the corridor, so the door handles were sticking in the room. The chairs were really uncomfortable and heavy, making it difficult to sit in and get out. However, with the high price they charge, I would say, this isn't a place where you'd want to go back time and again.

Best Decoration done. Nicely done. well behaved staffs. best place for elite people to enjoy there meal with certain level of people and best of its kind. Its a environment for people with class. Just Too expemsive for middle class people so normally you will dine around with all the rich people around ya. which i liked the most as it goes with the environment of the restaurant. So selective people goes there to have there meals in a good and better environment then any other normal restaurants in dhaka.

We've dined there 4 times now and each time becomes more disappointing than the last. The first time was brilliant, the second the service was poor but the food still good, the 3rd our carmlised onion bread tasted like it had been microwaved and we were informed when our entree was being taken away that the potato gratin that was expected with our main wasn't available and that it would be mash instead. The most disappointing part wasn't the mash it was the packet gravy served with the meal. We decided to give it one more go on Friday night and it was woeful. We won't be going back for the bland food and poor service.
