Starbucks - Nappanee

I frequently find that the coffee I order is often terrible and weak.

The beverages are usually satisfying, but the overall experience is tainted by the unfriendly and impolite demeanor of the staff. The manager should make an effort to be more hospitable towards patrons.

I stopped here December 17th around 11AM. The girl that took my drink order was very nice and sweet… the girl that made my drinks was rude and she didn’t make the drinks right. I ordered shaken espressos and she put the milk in a cup with ice then poured the espresso over it… she didn’t shake it and the espresso made most of the ice melt and the drink was watered down. Instead of complaining (even though I should have given how expensive the drinks are I should at least get them made right) I just took my drinks and said thank you and she gave me a dirty look and then walked away.

In essence, you pay a high price for coffee at this restaurant because it comes with toppings and extras. Personally, I prefer to brew a simple cup of coffee and add creamer. While Starbucks offers a wide variety of options, it is not my preferred choice.

Need a job done and it done right!? These are the dudes. They can tow anything! Literally. Everything from tire mounting to semi towing they are a one stop shop on most machines. Support your local business or call them from 30 miles away they'll rescue ya!
