The Boathouse - Naples

When we arrived at 3:35, we were asked if we had a reservation, despite many tables being available. We were then informed we would need to vacate the table by 5:00. While we could accommodate that, our food order wasn’t taken until 4:10. The menu was limited, and the sandwich we ordered was subpar. I felt bad for my brothers, who wanted to treat me to a nice 54th birthday dinner. Next time, we’ll stick to Bonefish Grill for a more reliable experience. We won’t be returning to The Boathouse.

We had an early dinner on Monday with my wife and our three young boys, aged 9 months to 7 years. The water view was lovely, creating a pleasant atmosphere that was family-friendly. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, catering well to our family's needs. We appreciated that he brought out the kids' meals before ours, allowing us to get them settled without our own meals cooling off. The food was delicious and served hot! I would have preferred a bit more on the main dishes and a little less salad, as it was quite large. I particularly liked that we didn't have to ask for drink refills; they were consistently offered before we needed them. Overall, combining the great atmosphere, excellent service, and tasty food made for a wonderful experience. We're here for the season and will definitely be back!

Don't miss a wonderful dining experience. Best Lobster Roll Salad south of Cape Cod! Suggest a late lunch (2 for 1 drinks after 3pm), table by the window. ENJOY the FOOD and the view of Naples Bay with frequent dolphin sightings!!

I was driving around looking for a Seafood Restaurant... Ended up luckily in front of the Boat House... Sat and ordered a shrimp cocktail... It was so great that I had three of them!!!!! Next time I'll go to Naples, it sure will be the first place I'll stop.

We really enjoyed the cuisine and the beautiful bay setting, but we had an issue with the birds coming in and out of the restaurant. This seems like a potential health concern. It’s important to keep those dirty birds away from the restaurant and off the outdoor glasses and silverware. We're not sure if we'll return, which is a shame.
