Subway - Naples

I placed an online order, but it was incorrect. When I tried to explain the issue to the manager, she didn't take the time to listen. She insisted that I had no choice but to accept the sandwich as it was. I eat at Subway every day, and this location has the worst customer service I've encountered. Overall, I rate the food a 4, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

The employees did not seem engaged and were not helpful at all. They responded to my questions with irritation, yet didn’t take the initiative to provide any information themselves. It made me feel as though they were either completely out of it or, regrettably, somewhat lacking in competence. Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

This location doesn’t seem to accept any promotions that Subway puts out. Ever. Also in the past when I’ve ordered online and I put one of the ingredients as “less”, that should mean a little less than normal, not “none at all”. I don’t think the employees that make the sandwich understand that. There seems to be a language problem. Has happened several times. So now I leave “normal” on every ingredient, although that’s not really what I want.

Hair in my sub and employee tried to say it was mine when my hair is brown and straight. Hair was curly. In addition. I have no dea what they are saying, their English is terrible. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
