Their vegan ramen is flavorful! Comes with a soy milk and vegetables broth base. Their seasoned tofu is on the sweeter side. It's a nice combination of flavors!

I absolutely loved the vegan pho at this restaurant - it's one of the best I've tried in terms of flavor. The only downside is that it could use more vegetables. They also offer delicious sushi rolls, with some vegetarian options available.

The vegan ramen was delicious, and the spicy edamame had a unique and tasty flavor. I also enjoyed the new pineapple sake.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and I appreciate that they offer a variety of vegan options. My favorite dishes are the inside-out vegetarian roll and the ramen bowl with extra tofu.
