Empire Bagel Factory - Naples

First let me say...we love their bagels and goods. Totally 5 stars. However, if ordered through grubhub, you will not get the 16oz. fresh squeezed OJ if you order it,.. you will get a from concentrate 10oz (yuck). For the $5.00 fee. Won 't do that again. Hope thiss helps someone else. Yes they still get 5 stars ???? just won 't order orange juice again.

I have been a huge fan of their Marco Island location for years! I was excited when they opened up right by my house. Although I still work in Marco and only usually get to this location on the weekend, and let me say they never disappoint. The food is consistently great between both stores. The weekend staff rocks and never skips a beat. Good job Empire! ?

I don't live in Naples but have been told there aren't any good bagel shops, until now. These bagels are really good! The toppings on the everything and seaseme bagels stay on when you slice and handle them which is a big plus in my book. The giant cinnamon roll was also a big hit!

We live several times in the week on marco and often empire bagel. you eat is delicious. delores hands down is the best! it keeps this away during a tsunami of tourist and does it while remembering the names of the people and everyone feels welcome. You can say she's a hard worker. really a Jewel.

Food quality good. short personal. the personal predicted bagel sandwiches would be ready in 15. wait lasted 30 minutes. many complain. they need to find better talent and manage the process better.
