I asked for extra steak and barely got some, and it appears that they are using tea spoons to put the rice and beans because I barely got some too.
Bad customer service. Asked for salt, was told they can’t give out salt because it would jeopardize the health of their employees because the salt came out of the kitchen. Makes me wonder where the food comes from ???
Just rude from the start, so…. We’ll be sticking to other locations. We got 8 bowls/ burritos from someone else’s order, in 2 bags marked with my name , so the delivery driver was not to blame. I thought it was a little funny at first so I called to ask about the problem. When I called the store to ask about our order what I should do about the extra 8 meals, they immediately took an attitude and told me “refund or come in and get it. We’re busy” so I just asked for a refund, and she repeated the options again, so I asked for a refund again, to which she told me I was wrong and she was looking at my bag. Offered to send a picture of the two I had too, but there was 0% chance she was gonna de-escalate so I just hung up, win some ya lose some lol.
Simply the best chipotle in sw fl. the mobile articles are always correct and punctual, the personal is great, the line moves fast, and it is very clean. chipotle needs more manager like this load.
