Everything was very good and our waitress was very nice. The place was clean too.

My only concern was the bar stools, which were bulky and heavy, making it challenging to get in and out of them comfortably. The bartender, however, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I opted for the $10.95 lunch special, choosing one steak enchilada and one chicken enchilada. At 2:00 PM on a sweltering August weekday, I was the only customer in the restaurant. As soon as I placed my order, I could hear the chefs in the kitchen slicing, dicing, and cooking—all the food is homemade and prepared to order. The enchiladas were superb; both the chicken and steak were flavorful and tender, topped with cheese and fresh lettuce. The special came with two types of homemade sauces, sour cream, rice, beans, and fresh homemade chips with salsa. For a truly authentic Mexican dining experience in a cool and clean atmosphere, Amigos is unbeatable!

Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere during the off-season, especially for lunch. The food is always consistently delicious.
