D'amico's The Continental

We sat inside in the front section of the building. The room was extremely dark, hard to see much and no candles or lighting on the table. Why? Definitely detracted from the experience. That room needs a major overhaul. The ribeye was decent but had more than standard gristle. The strip was very good. They were both served on a plate with a garnish of one sad strip of roasted red pepper and a cook green onion. Expect more effort on the presentation at this level of restaurant. Did not look like any butter was drizzled over the steaks to make them look more appetizing. They looked dull and unappealing. The meat loaf was dry, loaded with gristle and not much else. Mostly dried out ground beef. Like leftovers. The sauce was watery, not thickened in the least. They served about 1/2 chopped steamed tomatoes on top that were tasteless what I call hospital food. Did not go with the meatloaf at all and looked terrible on the meatloaf presentation. Sorry no pictures/not nearly worthy. Overall $800 for a subpar supposedly top steak place. If you want good steak I recommend Chops City Grille in Naples on 5th.

We had a wonderful experience at the Continental! They were kind enough to turn down the music when we asked so our hearing impaired individuals could hear. The food was excellent. Most of us ordered from the early bird menu and for the amount of food we received the price was a good value.

As expected all was great. Steak was well done instead of medium. It was a Piedmontese so he said medium will be fine. Should have gotten rare. Still a great place. Was there for business.

Excellent! Love everything except 2 tiny things... Did not like the martini glasses. Too small and more like a coupe cocktail glass and the pleather bench seat (just hard to scoot on) Honestly overall, LOVE ! We will absolutely go back and recommend!!

As expected, The Continental excels in EVERY aspect to make the dining experience First in Class! Without exception, our number one favorite choice for dining. ANYWHERE. Our thanks to the entire staff. The Piedmontese Steak and Lobster was phenomenal. Service was impeccable. Ambience second to none! Well Done!!
