Te Mata Estate Winery - Napier

We were given a very interesting and informative tour by Hannah. Her enthusiasm for the wine, the process and the tasting that followed was infectious. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We came away with a few bottles of excellent wine. I would thoroughly recommend visiting this winery for those who want a more personal winery tour.

Great wines and healthy tasting pours! Lots of information about hawkes bay and the history of the vineyard. Tasting fee waved with purchase of a bottle.

We had an excellent experience at Te Mata Winery, thanks to the friendly and engaging staff. Even though we waited about 10 minutes, they made sure to keep us entertained. After being turned away from three other wineries due to lack of staff and being too busy, it was a refreshing change to feel so welcomed here for a delightful tasting. The wines were fantastic, and we were thrilled to take two cases back with us to Auckland. Keep up the great work, Te Mata Winery—we'll definitely be coming back!

We visited in the excellent service and excellent wine tasting. the te mata coleraine '20 is excellent and was the highlight of our trip.

We traveled from Wellington and had the pleasure of speaking with Jason about the history and beauty of Te Mata. His enthusiasm and passion truly shine through.
