This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The women greeting me at the entrance were very kind, but that was about it. My server left us waiting about 30 minutes before even giving us menus. Then after ordering, it literally took close to an hour to get the food. We ordered normal foods like wings, salads, etc. I realize it was Friday night, and things can get busy. However, if they don't take care of customers, they will lose business.Parking: Parking is terrible here. I had to park elsewhere and walk.

Took nearly 2 hours for dinners to be served. Food was cool, not even warm. My Grouper Rueben was cold and the Mac and cheese cold as well. We were told the kitchen was slammed. Service was slow at best.We were attending the dueling pianos event, which was WAY TOO LOUD. Made for a very uncomfortable evening. One couple in our group canceled their dinner order and left.If service will be impacted and staff is not equipped for such a large crowd, don't hold the event.
