Mcdonald's - Naperville

Food was ok…filet was old, crispy chicken was fried in old grease tasted rancid

I had 2 orders they only got one of them and argued for 5 mins at the window she thought we were lying we had physical proof that she was lying she came out with order still missing a sweet tea

There was a piece of…what looked to be part of a sponge on my crispy chicken.

Changed my from 4 to 1 star. For the past several months, every order has been consistently wrong or missing items. Recent staff is not friendly and lacks customer service skills. Multiple times my food has taken over 30 mins and is cold when received.

For the most part it's an average McDonald's. With one noticeable exception, the service is very fast. I have never seen a drive-thru line move as quickly as it did at this location.
