Ikkai - Naperville

One of my favorite Japanese restaurant in the suburbs! Their service is always great and rolls are delicious. Atmosphere is sophisticated so I'd say it is more suitable for date night than going with kids. Today I ordered C U Tomorrow roll with Ssamjang sauce and wow, it was on point. Presentation of food was so beautiful as well.

Went here over the holidays with some friends and we enjoyed our time. We had a reservation and were able to be seated right away (definitely would recommend getting a reservation if you’re planning to come because the space is tiny and can fill up fast! . The decor and vibes in the restaurant are super cool and unique for the area, and I love that there’s an open bar where you can watch the chefs prepare the sushi. Outstanding sushi rolls! We had to order more “wabisabi” because it was amazing! Nice people! A little bit tight space if you come with kids, but overall it is nice and comfy! We will be back
