Einstein Bros Bagels - Naperville

The restaurant still hasn't opened indoor dining. At this point, it's not a matter of safety; it feels more like a lazy, cost-cutting decision. It's disappointing to see management making such poor choices.

Delicious bagels! Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there are no tables or chairs available for enjoying your breakfast or lunch. It's now takeout only.

The quality of the food has noticeably declined over the past few months, which has been disappointing to witness. I won't be returning for quite some time. Perhaps by then, the seating will finally be available. It's unfortunate that customers have to walk down the street to sit on a park bench, while there's an entire dining area that's off-limits. It's strange to see that Covid seems to only affect Einsteins, as other places in downtown Naperville operate normally. It feels like while it's 2023 everywhere else, it’s still March 2020 at Einsteins. For now, it's best to steer clear of this restaurant.

As always, a delight for a breakfast nosh. Dodging the bad parking, inconsiderate construction, and cellphone users who seem suicidal crossing the street , found the crew smiling and ready to feed my jones. Three thumbs up.
