Dunkin' - Naperville

Closed during business hours. The sign on the door says you are open for another hour but the door is locked and the employees inside are ignoring me.

The cashier at the counter was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this store as they tell you a lot of information about the food they sell and they have good donuts. They really go the extra mile to make things right. Their coffee is also very delicious. I will happily continue to come here. I have had exceptional service at Dunkin' Donuts in this particular location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the 2nd time I've been there and they are the most ignorant and rudest people ever!! Always wanting to get smart and sarcastic with the customers. One second they don't ask anything, get your order and give it.....the next they ask all these questions, that have never been asked before, and then wanna get rude with you when you dont know how to answer. The coffee tasted watered down with no flavor. By far the worst dunkin donuts coffee I've tasted.

One of the best dunkin donuts in the Chicagoland area come through the drive thru or go inside and the coffee is always incredible. Consistent quality and great friendly service with a nice clean inside this is such a great dunkin donuts that I actually pass up a dunkin donuts because I like this one better than most.
