Biaggi's Italiano - Naperville

Had a great time with some of my family and friends. We had a nice round table with plenty of room. I love the openness of this place. Every table was filled, it felt like community. Someone at table next to us had a birthday, and the staff sang happy birthday. The kitchen is in plain sight so it’s cool to have it part of the whole experience. You have to check this place out for yourself. I love it!!!

We had been here a few weeks ago and thought the food was good. But this time the food was so bad that I don’t understand how Biaggi’s could go so far off the rails. The first bad sign was our house salads which came literally swimming in the Balsamic Dressing. The second and worse sign was the awful Chicken Piccata. White, not seared (microwaved? chicken with barely any lemon sauce. It was like some bad cafeteria’s version of chicken piccata. We sent the dishes back and got the lasagna instead. That also seemed to be cooked by microwave but at least was edible. However our server was very good and was (almost too) ready to replace our dishes. We won’t be coming back to a restaurant that is so hit or miss.

Came there for the first time last evening to celebrate my birthday. We sat on the patio: the chairs were very comfortable. Our server was great and very attentive. The food was excellent! Drinks were very strong and delicious! I’ll for sure be back!!!Food: 5/5

Wait staff was very nice and knew when/when not to come by the table. Food was tasty and hot.I would definitely go back again.Food: 5/5

Went there yesterday for the first time with my fiancé and would definitely go again, no doubt! The food is AMAZING. Also our waiter Luis was awesome and so nice! 10/10 would def recommend!!Food: 5/5
