Bd's Mongolian Grill - Naperville

We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and were abandoned. our server seemed to have a hard day and wasn't all the friendly, what was disappointing in view of the opportunity. we came back with our eating and there were no serviettes or forks on the table so that I found our server to let them know and she was very dismissed. the salatable was low on many articles and was not in the entire time we fed, and one of the two available suppening was empty.

The restaurant was dirty. how fish is lined in the front door. everything was sticky floors, tables, chairs. the food stations were scary with several empty keepers. fish looked like it was too long sat with a green tint that formed on the upper layer. server was great, very courteous and often viewed with us. our thoughts were not with the service, but with the restaurant itself and how it ran. will not be back to this place when we return to a bd.

It was very good eating and the waiters were very nice

The quality of the food is always outstanding! We will definitely be back, as it is a family favorite!!

Service was very poor, not typically an issue here.
