Area 51 Cupcakery - Naperville

We just wanted a simple cake, but they asked questions and gave us exactly what we wanted. The cake was moist and the whole thing was extremely well done. Would recommend.

I came in to buy cupcakes. The bell rings when you walk in so employees know there is a customer. One girl sat on the phone and was taking an order but didn't make eye contact with me, say one minute or anything.. kept her eyes down. The other girlcleaned some table in the back and refused to make eye contact with me either and never came out to help me. I stood there for 7minutes and decided that my business wasn't important enough to even acknowledge me so I left. Terrible customer service.

Area 51 Cupcakery makes amazing cakes! We've used them to make birthday cakes for a few years now and each time, they exceed expectations. Also... Their cupcakes are so good too.

Got a last minute cake made here. Staff was very very friendly. Price was great for the finished product. It was a strawberry shortcake with buttercream. It was snowing pretty heavy the day I was supposed to pick it up. So the lady called and offered todrop it off on her way home. That act of kindness will make me a repeating customer at Smallcakes in the future. Try this localbakery out !! Cheers!

I?m such a fan of cute luxury cupcakes! Since I come from Chicago, I?ve had my fill of cupcakes and happy to find a local cupcakery close by. So many diff flavors, great selection, and good staffing! My friends and I ordered a baby shower cake duringthe Christmas holiday and the cake was absolutely delicious. While I was there, I got a dozen cupcakes because I couldn?t helpit, and I even got a free cupcake for purchasing 12 : although this is not my fav place (that honor goes to another cupcakeshop a bit farther away , I would never hesitate to come here to grab one to go. I would definitely order custom cakes here. Somoist and beautiful!
